Delivery Coverage
Best Furniture provides delivery services to all major towns across Kenya. Orders within Nairobi and its surrounding areas are fulfilled by our dedicated in-house delivery team. For locations outside Nairobi, we partner with reliable third-party transport providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Delivery Timelines

Nairobi & Environs: Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.

Outside Nairobi: Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on your location and courier schedules.
Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather changes, or public holidays.
Delivery Charges

Free Delivery (Nairobi): Orders valued above KES 100,000 qualify for free delivery within Nairobi.

Standard Delivery (Nairobi): Orders below KES 100,000 are charged a flat delivery fee of KES 2,000.

Outside Nairobi: Delivery costs are calculated based on distance, item size, and courier charges.
All applicable delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Delivery Terms & Conditions

Customers must ensure that the delivery location is easily accessible, especially for large or bulky furniture items.

Delivery is made to the main entrance of the building unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

Any special access requirements, including stairs, narrow passages, or restricted entry points, should be communicated at the time of purchase.

If you will not be available during delivery, please arrange for a representative to receive and sign for the items on your behalf.
