Return Policy

At Best Furniture, customer satisfaction is our priority. We encourage you to review our return policy carefully before completing your purchase to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The item received is faulty or defective

• The item was damaged during delivery

• The item delivered does not match the description or order details

Any defects or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.

Conditions for Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included

Products that show signs of misuse, modification, or damage after delivery will not be ineligible for return consideration.

Return Window

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery

2. Share your order number, product details, and clear photographic evidence of the issue

3. Our team will assess the claim and arrange for inspection or collection where necessary

Return Charges

• If the return is due to an error, defect, or damage on our part, return delivery costs will be fully covered by Best Furniture

• For all other approved returns, a standard delivery fee of KES 2,000 will be deducted from the refund amount

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days once the returned item has been received and inspected

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase
